Director Resignation

March 2, 2018 – Cabo Drilling Corp. (TSX-V: CBE) (“Cabo” or the “Company”) announces that J. Terry Aimone, Director and General Manger, Europe, has retired and subsequently resigned as a director of the Company. Mr. Aimone has been a valuable member of Cabo’s Board of Directors and management team since 2004. “Mr. Aimone was instrumental in the establishment of Cabo Drilling in Europe,” said Cabo’s President & CEO, John Versfelt. "I want to thank Terry for his years of service and wish him all the best with his retirement plans."
