Director Resignation

March 21, 2018 – Cabo Drilling Corp. (TSX-V: CBE) (“Cabo” or the “Company”) announces that Robert W. Schellenberg, has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company due to other commitments that preclude him from continuing as a director. Mr. Schellenberg has been a valuable member of the Board and the Company wishes to thank Mr. Schellenberg for his time as a director.
